Market Assessment and Strategy Creation
Through market analysis and business model refinement, I help define where a company should compete, how it can win, and what a realistic 3–5 year growth path looks like. I don’t create generic industry reports — I provide the specific insights needed to make well-found decisions.
Strategy Execution Management
I don’t produce lengthy studies. Insted I implement inicitives a long chosen directions. I coordinate internal teams and external partners, driving projects from plan to working solution. My goal is to turn strategy from a document in a drawer into tangible results in the market.
Business Project Management
Before or after fundraising, or during major business transitions e.g.: new markets, new products, organizational restructuring, I work through business due diligence, strategy updates, and hands-on implementation management. The focus is always on transforming invested time and capital into a functioning and sustainable business.
